Delete account
MyHealthVaultAI users can request permanent account deletion through the web portal.
This page exists so users have a public deletion path. The actual deletion workflow is performed inside the secure portal after sign-in.
How to delete your account
- 1. Sign in to the MyHealthVaultAI web portal.
- 2. Open the account area from the portal avatar or go directly to the delete account page.
- 3. Re-enter your password if prompted.
- 4. Confirm permanent deletion.
What deletion is intended to remove
- • Firebase Authentication account
- • Patient portal profile data
- • Stored visit summaries and timeline records tied to the account
- • Medication data and related alert records tied to the account
- • Related uploaded files or storage objects tied to the account
Deletion is permanent. Some records may require backend cleanup to finish if they are stored in multiple services.
